Our Team

Vince is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience, primarily gained at mid-tier firm PKF. He has extensive expertise working with small to medium-sized businesses across both listed and unlisted sectors, with particularly deep knowledge of capital and debt markets.

During his time at PKF, Vince led the corporate finance division and also served as an audit and tax partner across a wide range of industries. His ongoing roles as an Executive Director of two listed companies give him invaluable, real-world insight into the challenges faced by business owners today.

Vince is also a registered company auditor and tax agent, bringing a comprehensive skill set to every engagement.

Kurt brings close to 10 years’ experience in professional practice, including seven years at PKF. His background includes working with private groups, corporate entities, superannuation funds, and high-net-worth individuals across a wide variety of accounting and advisory needs.

He has advised clients on business and tax structuring, small business tax concessions, financial modelling, and cashflow forecasting. Kurt also specialises in helping businesses transition their accounting and operational systems to the cloud, enabling real-time insights and freeing owners to focus on growth rather than administration.

Kurt holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Macquarie University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
